2023 Nugan Estate Cookoothama Cabernet Merlot Riverina – The grapes for the Cookoothama wines are sourced from premium vineyards in the Riverina in regional New South Wales. The warm and dry conditions during berry ripening were conducive to excellent colour and flavours.This wine is deep crimson in appearance with a youthful purple hue. It maintains aromas of ripe berry fruits and allspice, which we infuse with herbs and dark chocolate.
