The wines in this collection are predominantly made from grapes grown in Orange, New South Wales. Orange is amongst the highest cool climate regions in Australia. Characterised by long slow ripening, resulting in wines with elegance, purity and structure.The overall emphasis for this Chardonnay is to maintain balance between the characteristics of the fruit and the oak, in order to best express the elegance, complexity and finesse of this varietal whilst highlighting the terrior of the site and season within which it was grown.Notes of stonefruits, key lime, flint, struck match, nuttiness and spice.
