One of my favorite foods is kedgeree, which is rice and smoked fish. I didn't know if your smoked salmon would be good in my recipe, but it turned out perfect. The taste wasn't spot on with what my mom used to make, but it was not a disappointment by any means. I used the traditional flavor smoked salmon. Thank you.
