To create this Alana Lowes Bundle, we simply asked Alana to share with us her top four Meat at Billy’s products and asked her why she can’t live without them. Shimo Wagyu Rump – oh, this is just such a great price point for a Wagyu steak and one piece is usually big enough to feed the family. I like to serve it with some roast potatoes and a nice salad. Chicken Thigh Cutlets (with skin on, bone in) – Chicken thighs are so more versatile than breast in my opinion & when you leave them on the bone with the skin on, they just have loads more flavour. Give them a quick rub of your favourite curry paste and they only take 25-30 min in the oven to cook. I serve these alongside steamed rice and vegetables. A pretty tasty meal on the table in half an hour is a real winner. Honey Soy Chicken Nibbles – While I was away on Masterchef, these were a go-to for my hubby to grab and throw into the oven to feed hungry kids at the end of the day. There is always a bag sitting in our fridge or freezer – ready to go into the oven at any moment. I can easily tweak them for adults by adding some chilli crisp or gochujang. Beef Cheeks – So great for slow cooking in Winter. I love to make a ragu with beef cheeks and have it ready to pull from the freezer during the Winter months when the days feel shorter.
