I wait before reviewing products to be sure the first shipping was not a fortunate fluke. Tonight I had salmon for supper and noticed it's time to order my third box. This customer service is great, the shipping time and container is excellent, and the coho salmon fillets are delicious. This is perfect for empty nester, no pressure to cook six because they're going out date. So easy to pull a fillet out of freezer the night before, and easy peasy cook and clean up - hot frying pan to sear both sides, then I add water instead of oil to poach while veggies microwave. Yummo!! I am not a wealthy person. This is an excellent, reasonably priced luxury: fresh, wild caught Alaskan salmon!! And I love knowing a real person on a real boat caught a real fish and prepared it for me. Thank you, Wild Alaska!!!
