The tuna is deep red, fresh, and absolutely delicious! I'm not a fan of wasabi with my sushi, so I predicted it would be my least favorite kit, but it is our whole family's favorite kit. It has a bit of heat, but not a noticeable amount. Instead, we found the Wasabi kit to be the perfect flavor combination to enhance the tuna flavor. We love to serve it with fresh mint/pineapple, sushi ginger, avocado, cukes, carrots, fried shallots over black rice and topped with yum yum sauce. It will become a fast beloved staple in your rotation. Enjoy!
